Notes
Presenting authors names are underlined where known.
Delegates will be asked to keep questions of a general nature to the
Open Forum discussions. If speakers do not leave time within their
presentation slot for questions, the chairperson will be directed to
defer questions until an Open Forum time.
Where several talks are on a similar theme all questions from the
audience will be reserved until the end of the session. Thus these
presentations will not need long introductions, and slots have a
shorter duration.
For the purpose of the programme, the titles of some papers have
been edited to omit repeated information (e.g. Latin names of
species).
